Isle of Wight Freestyle Martial Arts (I.O.W.F.M.A) offers Taekwondo, Kickboxing and Cardio Kickboxing classes. Classes are run by a fully-qualified, CRB checked 3rd Degree black belt instructor . We are gradually increasing the number of classes . Feel free to contact us at any time.
